Though every effort is made by Santamonica study Abroad Pvt Ltd to attend to consumer complaints addressed directly to us we do not act upon complaints posted on few website and consumer complaint forums that facilitate posting of false /baseless consumer complaints by individuals and vested interests with the intention of maligning reputation of credible companies using bold headings including fraud agency , scam consultancy etc without presenting suitable proofs when challenged and remain untraceable for contacting. As a credible overseas education consultant in India it cannot be expected of us to act on such non genuine customer complaints. General public is hereby requested to exercise discretion while judging us based on these false consumer complaints posted by such scruples elements.
