NDEB exams are standardized examinations offered by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada “NDEB” to certify dentists to practice in Canada. NDEB is the organization responsible for establishing and maintaining a national standard of competence for dentists in Canada. Its mission is to serve the Canadian public, Dental Regulatory Authorities, and dental education institutions by ensuring a valid and reliable evaluation of competence for dentists in Canada. To become a licensed dentist in Canada, graduates of accredited dental programs must successfully complete the National Dental Examining Board of Canada's (NDEB) Certification Process. The Certification Process comprises two examinations. These examinations are based on the competencies required to be a beginning dental practitioner in Canada.
